In my recent role, I redesigned bug reports with reproducible steps, environment details, and investigation notes to reduce rework and speed up developer triage. I also reduced regression testing effort by ~25% by building and maintaining a Playwright automation suite for core workflows, and I increased API validation coverage with Postman test suites for request/response schemas, status codes, and end-to-end data integrity.

I test critical business flows using structured exploratory and negative testing, refine acceptance criteria early with developers and product owners, and ensure release compatibility with cross-browser and cross-device test matrices across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. My domain work includes AI-based features, CRM workflows, digital signatures/document security, salon management systems, and on-demand location-based apps.
