Since 2021, I’ve provided weekly live technical support at my Local Church, running sound, streaming and recording through OBS. I diagnose and fix faults while services continue, including tracing audio feedback and recovering microphones mid-service.
In simulation-based IT Service Desk Training, I’ve practiced ticket triage, 1st line phone and chat support, remote troubleshooting, and Active Directory administration. I’ve also handled connectivity and email issues, deployed PCs, and documented resolutions.
In retail roles at The Midcounties Co-operative and One Stop Stores Limited, I was a first point of contact for customer queries. I’m relocating to Cape Town in early 2027 and looking for a remote 1st line, service desk, technical support or customer support role.
