I’m a communication and client relations professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping ideas connect with the right audience. Over the past four years, I’ve grown from a Communication Assistant into a Communications Representative, driven by curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges.

In my current role, I manage Waspito’s social media platforms to ensure consistent communication, audience engagement, and an active online community. I guide users through available health services, coordinate communication with partner doctors on the French/English platform, and support visibility through awareness campaigns—using engagement trends and community feedback to improve strategy.

Before that, I strengthened Waspito’s digital presence through community management, content scheduling, and influencer & media collaboration. I also bring strong operational support experience as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Officer, with skills in conflict resolution, customer care, data & record management, and customer relationship management—so my communication work lands with clarity and follow-through.
