What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver remote patient education, phone triage, and evidence-based care—using strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation to guide patients safely and support quality outcomes.

I’m a Registered Nurse (BSN) who provides patient-focused education and clinical support through remote and in-person care settings. As a Virtual Clinical Educator, RN at Inizio Engage, I deliver in-bound disease-state and therapy/device product education, maintaining quality service while adhering to client guidelines.

In my triage roles, I performed phone triage and thorough symptom assessments to determine the appropriate level of care using established guidelines, while educating patients in patient-friendly language.
