At Huawei Turkey Representative Office, I support carrier-grade networking, DPI, and security solutions, including Turkish Airlines onboard Wi-Fi over Türk Telekom infrastructure and Vodafone Türkiye fixed-network DPI. I investigate customer issues across live telecom services, from collecting evidence and analyzing packets to coordinating escalations and validating fixes.
I use Wireshark, tcpdump, and Linux tools to investigate network and protocol behavior, including TCP/IP, TLS, QUIC, HTTP/3, DNS, Diameter, and RADIUS. I also deliver and integrate Huawei IP networks, prepare technical documentation, and hold Cisco CCNA and Huawei HCIA-Datacom certifications.
