At Huawei, I operated SmartCare across 300+ servers processing network data for a major Turkish mobile operator under a 99.99% availability SLA. I handled incident and change operations, analyzed logs and SQL issues, and carried out platform upgrades and capacity expansions.
I also built a Bash script to automate routine log checks, match known error patterns, and email alerts to the team. I worked with Huawei R&D and customer network teams on operational procedures and validation.
On my Production-Ready MERN Application on AWS EKS project, I provisioned infrastructure with Terraform and automated releases with Jenkins, Helm, and quality gates. I also configured Kubernetes monitoring and alerting, and automated MongoDB backups with a verified restore.
