Spearheaded legacy platform migrations to active-active multi-cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP, eliminating single points of failure and targeting sub-second failover. Extended Kubernetes with Go-based controllers/operators and implemented eBPF observability/security, reducing operational overhead by 40%.

Transitioned 29 legacy in-house applications to Kubernetes across 700+ infrastructure nodes and led active-active redundant data center architecture. Built end-to-end SDLC and 500+ CI/CD pipeline tasks with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Groovy, and managed day-2 operations for production Kubernetes on Rancher and Docker Swarm.

Designed and delivered 70+ infrastructure projects for major telecommunications and government entities, including Türk Telekom and the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health. Architected cloud and national-scale DNS/ISDN DHCP infrastructures and supported enterprise storage and platform migrations (AIX-to-Linux Oracle DB, Windows-to-RHEL, SAN tiered storage).

Planned and implemented highly available HP-UX, Tru64, and Linux infrastructures supporting 4.3 million customer workloads, including major Itanium-to-Superdome and HP EVA-to-EMC Symmetrix DMX-4 migrations. Migrated 2,000+ Windows servers to Linux and 200+ Oracle application servers to RHEL, and designed SAN + HP ServiceGuard environments achieving 99.99% uptime SLAs.

Administered multi-platform server environments (Linux, Solaris, Windows Server) and managed SQL Server databases while supporting an enterprise ERP transition from UBS to SAP. Coordinated data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live cutover activities, and produced infrastructure design/troubleshooting documentation.

Managed IBM AIX Active/Passive clusters for Oracle DB and Terminal Services for 300+ clients across ferry terminals and administrative offices. Administered Cisco PIX security firewalls, supported VMware ESX virtualization, and migrated Windows systems to Linux to reduce maintenance costs.

Designed and managed Linux and Windows billing infrastructure systems for multiple municipal government clients. Supported incident management by responding to reported application and hardware issues and performed infrastructure assessments to identify improvement areas.

Provided hardware and software support for server and client operating systems to maintain operational efficiency in enterprise environments. Managed support requests via ticketing systems, handled technical issues with high call volume, and performed hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
