At Guzen, I design, ship, and run production AI automation systems for B2B clients while leading a five-person distributed technical team.

I operate a six-agent LangGraph fleet handling lead sourcing, engagement drafting, CRM maintenance, and outbound workflows. I built cost-aware model routing, adversarial review, deterministic verification gates, deduplication ledgers, circuit breakers, quota checks, and paced outbound controls to make unattended automation safe.

I've root-caused duplicate-delivery and silent model-response failures, consolidating schedules and adding automatic retries that reduced JSON parse failures from roughly one in four calls to zero. I also built a self-contained observability dashboard so run logs can be reviewed without file-by-file inspection.

Through Omniphor and concurrent client work, I build WhatsApp outbound systems, job-application pipelines integrating four ATS APIs, and live web applications across six verticals. I treat agent reliability as an engineering problem rather than a prompting problem.
