I’m a Business development and sales professional currently working with Trustpilot and Concentrix in Cairo, where I focus on revenue growth and customer-facing execution. I bring strong commercial drive from hands-on sales roles and a mindset geared toward measurable results.

Previously, I worked as a Sales representative at ARB Call Facilities as a Loan officer (15/02/2022 – 11/09/2023) and earlier held roles in customer service and commercial operations, including Back office specialist at Uber and Data entry operator at Etisal international (Etisalat Misr Project). These experiences sharpened my accuracy, responsiveness, and ability to deliver consistently under sales targets and daily workflows.

From 2018 onward, I strengthened my digital marketing foundation through work as a social media specialist for an online store and through education in Social Media Marketing, Hubspot, and Digital Marketing. I’m known for “Excellent Skills at Google AdWords ( SEM, GDN,YouTube Ads,Gmail Campaigns)” and for creating performance-driven campaigns and content that supports acquisition and retention.

I also deliver end-to-end campaign thinking: “Create Social Media Tactical Plan,” “Market Research and advertising,” and clear communication with customers.
