What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead socially impactful digital products from discovery through launch, combining project delivery with hands-on mobile development. I value inclusive, accessible bilingual products, collaborative teams, and work with NGOs, government or mission-driven organisations.

At ProVision for Technology and Trade, I lead web and mobile delivery for UNDP, the Palestine Monetary Authority, Save the Children, War Child Holland, TAAWON, CARE International, ActionAid, PMRS, PWWSD and Palestinian ministries. I take products from discovery and proposals through deployment, training and handover, while leading developers, designers, QA testers and content specialists.

I build Android applications in Kotlin and Java, bringing practical technical oversight to estimates, reviews and delivery decisions. Across more than 15 end-to-end mobile applications and three MEAL and FCRM systems, I’ve focused on bilingual Arabic/English experiences, right-to-left support, accessibility, secure handling of sensitive content and donor reporting requirements.
