What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote opportunity in Technical Support, Customer Support, Customer Success, IT/Application Support, or Operations. I’m comfortable working U.S. business hours.

I provide ongoing technical and customer support for users of a proprietary business management system. I troubleshoot application and development-related issues and investigate problems affecting day-to-day operations.

I work with SQL/MySQL databases for queries, troubleshooting, and operational support, and create and manage backups to support data protection and recovery.

I also develop independent software solutions and small programs to address specific operational needs. I communicate directly with clients to understand issues, explain solutions, and follow up.

Alongside my current support work, I’ve handled delivery and vehicle operations and supported store operations at Justino. I’m studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Systems at Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (UNGS).
