I’m looking to continue improving financial and operational processes while building models, dashboards, and automation that help commercial and leadership teams make concrete, data-driven decisions.

At Grupo Disbyte, I manage P&L, projected cash flow, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, using variance and sensitivity analysis to support decisions across countries, brands, and sales channels.

I build revenue, cost, and profitability models, improve reporting through dashboards and automation, and reduced ERP costing-load time by approximately 90%. I’m also developing an AI agent that consolidates and classifies personal finance transactions in Google Sheets.
