At Parsons, I lead Construction Management staff delivering critical infrastructure, transportation, utility, data center, and commercial projects valued up to $307M. I coordinate daily construction activities with client CM managers, contractors, and engineers while maintaining compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and regulations.

I review inspection reports, daily logs, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and lead weekly construction status, inspector, and quality assurance meetings. I monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects moving.

Previously at Tanner Pacific, I managed commercial, critical, and public infrastructure work across multiple sites, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, permits, inspections, procurement, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation. I use Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet to improve reporting, collaboration, and schedule visibility.
