Agustin Aramadhi

I’m a Passport officer at IdentiTek sh.a in Tirane, Albania, and I run the registration and distribution flow for electronic ID cards. I distribute biometric documents to the Local Directorates of the State Police and follow approved procedures end to end.

I also support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations as a designated person authorized by a qualified authority, responsible for registering citizens’ data. In practice, I manage and maintain the Application/Distribution Office, organize and file relevant documents on a monthly basis, and ensure physical security of biometric documents.

I’m known for staying precise and responsive: I follow and implement internal registration procedures, report issues in a timely manner, and communicate promptly with supervisors about application-process cases. I create a welcoming environment for all individuals and assist them with professionalism and courtesy.

Beyond identity/document work, I’ve built strong people and operations experience through roles in recruitment, customer care, and coordination. I bring a structured, service-first mindset—whether sourcing and pre-screening candidates abroad, supporting onboarding, or communicating clearly with customers and partners.
