What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or support GMP-compliant manufacturing operations where I can improve workflow, protect product quality, apply LEAN problem solving and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team.

At AstraZeneca, I delivered sterile production packing operations for Zoladex, maintaining GMP compliance, process accuracy and product quality through disciplined execution.

I've completed and analysed GMP batch documentation and SIC sheets, reconciled batch components, performed line clearance and in-process checks, and operated line machinery while meeting SHE, COSHH and safety standards. Using SAP, PAS-X and Moviliser, I've recorded consumption, reconciled materials and generated accurate goods receipts.

I apply LEAN problem-solving methods including Fishbone and 5 Why to resolve issues, reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. My earlier experience in sterile cleaning, supervision, team leadership and customer-facing roles has strengthened my attention to detail and collaborative approach.
