I'm currently leading end-to-end delivery of commercial restaurant construction projects at Joey’s Only Franchising Limited, managing $600K–$1M projects from pre-construction through closeout.

At Willers Solutions Limited, I independently delivered multi-family and luxury residential developments valued from $3M to $20M. I coordinated architects, engineers, government officials, developers, and consultants to keep work aligned with design intent, regulatory requirements, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.

I also built integrated master schedules in Primavera P6, applying Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management, Time Impact Analysis, schedule risk assessments, and cost-to-complete forecasting to identify critical-path risks and support proactive decisions.

Across my career, I've managed stakeholder relationships, reviewed AutoCAD documentation, administered change control, supported quality inspections, and mentored junior team members. I'm pursuing PMP certification while continuing to improve project delivery across construction, infrastructure, and public works.
