At Uniti Group, deployed through HGS, I handle escalated L2 enterprise network incidents and own cases from ticket creation through resolution and closure. I diagnose LAN/WAN faults, routing failures, VLAN misconfigurations, and WAN outages while maintaining clear customer communication and documentation.
I deploy and monitor SD-WAN edge devices through VMware VCO, support high-availability branch connectivity, and manage Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, Juniper, and Cradlepoint environments. I've also led multi-site SD-WAN rollout work covering equipment installation, LAN/WAN integration, failover testing, and post-deployment validation.
