I'm looking to lead technology infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, service delivery, and compliance programs where I can align resilient 24/7 IT operations with business objectives, strengthen audit readiness, and develop high-performing technical teams.

At Arpatech, I lead Technology Infrastructure and built a Cloud Managed Services Division for a major US client, helping achieve Microsoft MSP Partnership status after a direct Microsoft USA audit.

I've led enterprise infrastructure, data center, cloud, contact center, service desk, disaster recovery, and security operations across Arpatech, Arthur Lawrence, IBL, AMZ Technologies, and Logitech. My work includes Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, VMware, network modernization, SOC 2 Type II controls, Drata-based compliance monitoring, IT budgets, vendor SLAs, and multi-site 24/7 support.

Over 24+ years, I've delivered resilient LAN/WAN, VPN, BGP, backup, virtualization, and business continuity solutions for organizations including Dawn Group, First Dawood Islamic Bank, Bayer Pakistan, CDC, SME Bank Pakistan, Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company, Engro Chemical, and Thal Engineering.
