At Prelate Travels and Tourism, I conduct market research on tourism trends, customer preferences, travel destinations, and local and international markets to support strategic planning.

I analyze customer feedback and travel behavior data to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. I also prepare reports on competitor activity, tourism policies, and industry developments, using research insights to inform marketing and promotional campaigns.

Previously, at Safeway Shipping, I maintained inventory databases and stock-control records, conducted stock audits, generated management reports, and supported procurement and inventory planning.

My psychology background supports my interest in research, policy analysis, cross-cultural and social research, program evaluation, and quantitative and qualitative methods. I've completed my MSc Psychology academic requirements and bring experience in questionnaire administration, statistical analysis, data interpretation, and report writing.
