What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own AP controls, reconciliations, and month-end close reporting—partnering with finance leadership to keep Sales, P&L, and General Ledger accurate and timely.

I’m an Accounting Supervisor specializing in accounts payable (AP), where I own journal entries, sales tax filing, inter-company reconciliations, and 3-way matching of PO invoices. I prepare weekly and monthly sales report and cash forecasts, and I support the CFO with monthly and quarterly reports including Sales, P&L, General Ledger, and Cost Centre Reports.

I also focus heavily on controls and accuracy: I review non-PO invoices for proper approval and coding, assess expense reports for documentation and approvals in Concur, and handle monthly GL Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable open items reporting. I identify aged invoices, debit memos, and blocked invoices, and I coordinate month end close outputs with the Controller.

Earlier in my career, I built deep AP/AR and reconciliation experience through roles processing AP/AR and performing bank reconciliations, payment processing (including ACH and wire), and support for asset accounting. I’ve worked across systems like QuickBooks and Tally, and I bring a careful, process-minded approach—ensuring approvals, reconciliations, and statutory submissions are accurate and on time.
