I bring nearly 20 years of progressive experience across logistics and warehouse operations, from retail distribution and airfreight coordination to inventory control and team leadership. I’m known for managing time-sensitive workflows while protecting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

As a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor at Mango, I supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations and coordinate nationwide merchandise distribution serving approximately 27 retail store branches across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. I prepare delivery itineraries, assign trucks, coordinate dispatch schedules, monitor deliveries, and maintain communication with drivers and warehouse teams. I also manage stockroom operations for five branches and supervise approximately 19–20 personnel.

I coordinate airfreight shipments through PAL Cargo for Cebu and Davao branches, handling cargo processing, billing coordination, payment processing, flight monitoring, and ETA communication. I investigate stock discrepancies by comparing POS records against physical inventory, run inventory reconciliation, and support end-of-season inventory audits—using Excel reporting, Zebra RF scanners, and Paxar Pathfinder systems to keep logistics and inventory reporting reliable.
