I’m a Supply Chain and Operations professional with 12+ years of experience across procurement, logistics, transportation coordination, inventory management, and SAP ERP operations. I’m known for processing purchase orders accurately, coordinating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and keeping deliveries on track.

In my current role as Logistics Operations Supervisor at Foodsphere Inc., I supervise daily logistics operations supporting 100+ deliveries, serve as the primary contact for delivery-related concerns, and resolve shipment exceptions fast. I process logistics transactions in SAP, maintain accurate shipment and inventory records, and build KPI dashboards and operational reports to support management decisions.

I’ve also led inventory through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as a Stock Controller / Inventory Analyst, and supported end-to-end procurement while processing POs in SAP during my time at Infosys BPO ltd. I bring process improvement, clear documentation, and reliable cross-functional collaboration—whether training 3PL partners or tightening workflows to enhance service quality.
