I'm looking to lead sourcing, vendor, and supply chain strategy where I can build resilient supplier networks, manage complex global partnerships, and drive measurable business growth.

At Target, I lead global sourcing for Room Essentials, Threshold, and Casaluna bedding brands within a $500M category. I manage a network of 20+ suppliers across six countries.

I led a $4.5M long-term domestic partnership and reduced China’s country-of-production penetration by 44% in one year through vendor re-sourcing and dual-sourcing strategies.

Previously, I oversaw $650M in seasonal inventory across Outdoor Recreation and more than 1,000 SKUs. By optimizing seasonal buys, allocation, and vendor forecasting, I helped deliver an $80M sales increase and 19% two-year CAGR.

I also build community through Target’s Asian Business Council, mentor emerging professionals, and coach girls’ badminton. I bring supply chain, vendor management, and negotiation experience alongside bilingual Cantonese communication.
