What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile, human-centered team where I can own end-to-end UX, build durable design systems, and partner deeply with stakeholders. I want work that values collaboration, accessibility, and continuous improvement—backed by curiosity and craft.

I’m a UX/Product designer with 10+ years in Agile enterprise environments, focused on collaborative, human-centered design across B2B/SaaS and international teams. I bring creative strengths to UX discovery and envisioning—while also improving internal processes and the culture around how teams collaborate.

As a lead UX designer, I’ve owned end-to-end design for complex modernization efforts, including WCAG AA compliance. I built and maintained a design system—style guide, interaction patterns, and a component library—so teams could deliver consistently and faster.

I run hands-on UX discovery using workshops, interviews, journeys, and prototypes, turning ambiguity into actionable direction. Through Pareto-focused design work, I’ve reduced support tickets and task duration by addressing the highest-impact friction points.

Earlier, Iiteratively designed UI in agile settings, co-built the UX community and processes to grow UX maturity, and delivered UX services across teams, projects, and international clients. I’ve also supported UI review and CSS work to improve delivery quality and maintain design fidelity.
