At GigaKOM, I install and configure network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, UPS systems, and CAT-6 cabling.
I diagnose connectivity issues through troubleshooting and performance testing, and respond to customer IT service requests to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
At World Bridge Technologies, I deployed routers, switches, and wireless access points, including equipment from Ruckus Networks. I also installed and tested CAT-6 cabling and configured IP surveillance systems and NVRs.
I earned an Associate of Science in Network Systems Technology from Florida SouthWestern State College and hold an Information Technology Support Specialist certification. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish.
