At Rentalog Global Logistics, I prepared customized import and export proposals in response to B2B quotation requests, accounting for customer requirements and service constraints.
I reviewed pricing components and validated data to improve quotation turnaround time and accuracy. I also supported key accounts and the commercial team by tracking requests in CRM and following up.
Before moving into pricing, I handled B2B service requests at Rentalog Global Logistics, keeping customers and international partners informed and coordinating service documentation.
At ES Logistics and SMX Logistics, I supported customer inquiries, documentation checks, partner coordination, and follow-up on open requests. I’m currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Service Management at University of Bologna.
