I’m a PMP-certified project professional who coordinates implementation, requirements, and delivery to achieve customer commitments and business objectives. In my current Project Coordinator role, I lead cross-functional technical initiatives—defining scope, managing milestones, mitigating risks, tracking dependencies, and reporting status to keep delivery on track.

Previously, I served as a Project Analyst in Customs Trade, where I analyzed import/export documentation and classification data to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. I partnered with internal teams, external customers, and business partners to reduce operational risk, standardize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions—using complex operational and regulatory data to support decision-making and timely shipment execution.

Earlier, I supported program implementation with the Client Success - Peer Power Foundation, coordinating educational initiatives and delivering ACT preparation sessions using performance data to identify gaps and track improvement. Across roles, I focus on operational excellence, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous workflow improvement, reinforced by my certifications and practical, metrics-informed delivery mindset.
