At Tabi Connect, I lead technology for a B2B SaaS platform serving US freight brokers and shippers. I led development of an AI-driven market price prediction system that became the company’s flagship product.
I brought LLM-based agents into production on AWS Bedrock and replaced the licensed automation platform with an in-house solution, eliminating licensing costs. I also reduced AWS infrastructure spend by 20% and designed the data foundation for AI products, migrating historical client data from MongoDB to Amazon Redshift.
I built the technology function from the ground up and lead engineering, product, business analysis and service desk through seven team leads. My work spans technology strategy, security planning toward SOC 2 compliance, budgeting, and enterprise client relationships.
