What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality, risk, and project initiatives where I can use active listening, creative problem-solving, and process improvement to align teams, strengthen stakeholder outcomes, and support long-term organizational goals.

I develop quality systems that position customer satisfaction as a growth driver. I obtain and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certifications while designing organizational processes and internal controls that reduce risks and improve resource efficiency.

I've also led creative and cultural projects as an Artist Liaison and Project Manager at residence programs, managing multidisciplinary teams, artist requirements, production, logistics, hospitality, and schedules. I have managed studio operations, calendars, budgets, milestones, exhibitions, and artist accompaniment and coordinated travel, venue, production, and on-site event support across multiple communities.

My approach combines active listening, creative problem-solving, strategic vision, and quality management to align teams around long-term organizational goals.
