I improved Copamex Corrugados’ BRCGS Packaging Materials audit rating from B to AA and managed the transition to a new ISO 9001:2015 certification body with zero nonconformities.

I lead quality management systems, food safety, audits, regulatory compliance, document control, corrective actions, performance indicators, and client support. I have also supervised two team members and managed quality-area resources.

At Impresiones, Laminados y Empaques, I implemented the quality management system for FSSC 22000 V5.1 certification and supported a successful Phase 1 audit that progressed to Phase 2.

As a Food Chemistry professional, I bring experience developing procedures, prerequisites, manuals, internal controls, and technical and regulatory information. I use 8D methodology to follow up on corrective actions and help build a stronger quality and food safety culture.
