I’m looking for a role where I can lead creative production and design operations—scaling automation, building high-trust teams, and delivering multi-market digital advertising with speed, quality, and compliance.

I’m a Creative Director and Design Operations specialist with 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, leading high-volume creative production across multi-market environments. I specialize in banner, social media, and video asset design, art direction, and end-to-end campaign workflow.

At Oliver Agency (2021–2026), I manage digital creative production for Bayer Consumer Health brands across 14 Central and Eastern European markets and 14 languages. I direct the full creative cycle—brief intake through asset production, client feedback, quality review, and transcreation—delivering 300+ assets per campaign across TVCs, OLVs, banners, eComm, and social formats.

I lead multi-market creative production by developing original visual concepts, storyboards, and master templates, overseeing delivery across 8 CEEC markets and audience-driven segments. I also maintain strong creative governance with a “perfect Creative Quality Score (CQS),” lead workshops and workflow analysis for automation, and coordinate cross-agency productions for large digital budgets.

I drive platform and content innovation, including EMEA adoption of the Celtra automation platform and integration of CreativeX for real-time performance monitoring. I pioneered a UGC video initiative that generated 4.1M+ YouTube views and secured a TV placement running 2+ years in Romania, and I’ve led AI-assisted creative production for Berocca—delivering 6 OLVs and mobile-first QR-code landing pages using a human-ideation + AI generation approach.
