At Safaricom Ethiopia, I supervise National ID registration officers, support biometric enrollment and internal API connectivity, and help keep registration operations running during peak periods. I’ve trained field staff, reported software issues to development teams, and improved daily registration workflows to reduce citizen waiting times.
Previously, I collected and validated PSNP beneficiary household data at ABH Partners PLC and worked as a statistics data collector for the Ethiopian Statistical Institution. I bring software engineering education, data-quality discipline, reporting experience, and communication across Amharic, English, Wolaitta, Gamo, and Dawuro.
