I’m a finance operations and FP&A professional with nearly a decade of strategic finance operations leadership. I spearhead financial planning and account reconciliation, using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and ensure precise financial management.
In my recent roles, I prepare weekly revenue forecasts, run variance analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. I also build process documentation, design automation (including a Power App for forecasting), and support system integration through UAT and analytics—while developing teams through training manuals and performance reviews.

Prepare weekly revenue forecasts, perform variance analysis vs. actuals, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support accurate and timely revenue recognition. Implement process improvements, build forecasting automation using Power Apps, and conduct UAT for internal systems.
Maintain financial records and perform account reconciliations, executing accurate and timely cash and wire applications to customer accounts. Develop training manuals, support Six Sigma projects, manage performance reviews, and assist with talent acquisition activities.
Manage cash receipt postings and reconcile expenses against the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting. Produce customer statements, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support collections and vendor payment processing to reduce past due balances.
