What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into Financial Planning & Analysis, where I can apply my experience in forecasting, variance analysis, working-capital planning, and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making.

At Cyient, I lead a finance team of 10 and provide accurate financial data, reconciliations, and reporting inputs for month-end close and forecasting. I forecast cash inflows and DSO trends, using variance analysis to inform working-capital planning and improve DSO by 15%.

I partnered with cross-functional finance teams on the financial integration of two acquisitions, standardizing reporting structures and supporting clean data flow into ERP. I also supported Record-to-Report activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and GL validations.
