What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep building large-scale cloud-native systems and AI-driven automation—especially RAG and agentic workflows—while shaping architecture and standards across teams, with a focus on reliability, compliance, and measurable performance improvements.

I build and lead architectural work at Maistering B.V., from migrating 250+ KPIs into a unified Azure Synapse platform with Python (PySpark) and SQL pipelines to delivering KPI forecasting and anomaly-detection signals. I’ve also engineered an agentic LLM chatbot that automates user workflows end-to-end, with tool-calling and multi-step planning backed by Azure AI Search and enterprise RAG.

Before that, I helped scale Maistering’s Python (PySpark) data processing with Azure Synapse, sped up complex SQL and API endpoints, and integrated Redis caching to improve responsiveness. I’ve also led event-driven migrations with Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid, supported ISO 27001/ISO 27701 compliance work, and guided teams ranging from 4-engineer leadership to mentorship and documentation.
