I’m an IAM and GRC solution analyst with 4+ years of experience running end-to-end identity lifecycle work. I strengthen access governance, enforce least-privilege principles, and translate audit requirements into operational identity controls.

In my current role, I lead and optimize user access provisioning across 11 enterprise applications by reviewing ServiceNow access requests, validating RBAC approvals, and maintaining 98%+ SLA compliance. I’ve improved Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) controls by addressing control gaps and remediation needs, raising same-day termination compliance from 52% to 97% to reduce unauthorized access and orphaned accounts.

I also administer Microsoft 365 licensing and ensure accurate identity synchronization across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Alongside streamlined user access recertification, I manage temporary virtual account lifecycle activities and reinforce identity lifecycle controls; I stay audit-ready through my ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and continuous learning in third-party risk management (TPRM).
