At Saient, I built an AI agent platform for clinics and small businesses that’s live with six clients. I also built a team of agents that books visits, answers patients, sends reminders, and handles billing, with English and Hindi voice agents that can transfer calls to staff.
Before Saient, I built the core voice and chat engine for VerlyAI’s support product and, at Nester Labs, shipped voice agents and tools to test and find security issues in them. I’ve also contributed to open-source projects including Soup, OpenTelemetry JS, draw.io Skill, and Orval.
