I am Aditya Prasad Dash, a dedicated store manager with extensive experience in inventory management and quality control. Currently, I am leading the store operations at Hira Power and Steel Ltd. in Raipur, where I focus on cost minimization and effective team leadership. My journey began as a trainee in the process department at S.S.P.L., where I learned the importance of collaboration and attention to detail.

Over the years, I have held various positions, including Assistant Shift In-charge and Quality Checker at J.S.P.L., where I honed my skills in chemical analysis and process management. My academic background in science, coupled with my hands-on experience in the industry, has equipped me with a solid foundation to tackle challenges and drive efficiency in operations.
