What I'm looking for

I seek an operational role where I can lead teams, improve processes, manage inventory/production, and deliver results in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

I am a practical operations and production professional with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in retail store management and factory production supervision. I build marketing and stock strategies, lead teams, and maintain quality and safety standards while handling high customer traffic and fast-paced environments.

In production roles I managed output quality, maintained production records using MS Excel and Word, enforced health and safety procedures, and developed time- and manpower-management skills. I also contributed technically to a diploma project designing and fabricating a coconut de-husking machine, including welding and cutting tasks.
