At Force Motors Ltd., I developed and validated FEA models of automotive components and assemblies using HyperMesh and OptiStruct. I performed static, modal, frequency response, and durability analyses for full-vehicle and component-level load cases.
My work included strength analyses for vehicle assemblies such as the Gurkha EV parking brake and Traveller 2.0 EV battery and chassis. I also supported weight optimization and simulation-driven product development.
At Teknowflow Green Equipments Pvt. Ltd., I assisted with mechanical system design and estimation using AutoCAD and PV Elite. I created models, drawings, and engineering calculations in line with ASME BPVC and TEMA standards, and contributed to material and fabrication cost estimates.
