I’m looking to drive data-driven talent acquisition for high-energy technical teams—using measurable hiring metrics, streamlined processes, and a strong candidate experience to improve outcomes across operations and people.

I’m a Production Engineer & People Operations specialist with 3+ years of cross-industry experience across manufacturing and technical operations. I combine strong time management, multitasking, and a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) to align people strategy with operational outcomes.

In my People Operations & Strategic HR Research work (2019–Present), I led an intensive talent acquisition research project and engineered a data-driven recruitment funnel in Advanced Excel to analyze time-to-hire metrics.
