I seek a collaborative, learning-focused customer support or content role to apply communication strengths, deepen technical skills, and contribute to high-quality customer experiences while growing into greater responsibility.

I am a virtual customer support specialist currently working in Customer Abuse Prevention at Amazon India since September 2024, with an MA in English and a background in content writing.

I completed a Master of Arts (English Literature) in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts in 2021; I also hold a Certificate in Computer Concepts (CCC), completed 'The Content Writing Course' on Udemy (2023), and am pursuing O' Level from NIELIT. I learn technologies quickly and enjoy collaborative environments.
