I am a customer-service oriented virtual assistant with nearly six years of hands-on experience supporting online stores and retail boutiques. I specialize in order management, supplier communication, platform operations, and in-person sales support.

I have worked remotely in English for multiple Algerian online stores, handling orders, coordinating with suppliers, and managing diverse ecommerce platforms. Previously, I gained in-person retail experience as a sales assistant, managing stock, cash register duties, and customer service.

I hold a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering and bring a blend of technical understanding and practical customer-facing skills. I enjoy learning new tools and techniques that improve efficiency and the customer experience.
