I've supported customer-facing and operational work across Speed Company, WE Company, Kunafa on Charcoal Restaurant, Tomato Company, and Galena Company.

At Speed Company, I handled outdoor sales, followed deliveries through to customers, prepared daily reports, sent emails, entered supplier product data, processed returns from collection agents, and supervised sales-vehicle loading. I also worked in customer service at WE Company, resolving customer problems and helping ensure satisfaction with the service.

In restaurant operations, I took orders, worked as a cashier, and provided customer service at Kunafa on Charcoal Restaurant. I have also sorted and distributed clothing to shops for Tomato Company.

I founded and directed an educational center from purchasing the location through opening and operation. With a Commerce degree in MIS, I bring communication, problem-solving, fast data entry, Microsoft Office, Odoo, sales, and team-management skills.
