In my current role as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator at BTS Fanatino (Remote-capable), I develop and execute content strategies, create multimedia assets (copy, graphics briefs, and video scripts), and plan monthly calendars using trend and competitor research. I monitor post performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement data and analytics reports.

Previously, as a Customer Service & Sales Representative at Sofas & More, I handled the full customer journey—from product inquiry and recommendations to order processing and post-delivery follow-up. I resolved complaints efficiently with active listening and tailored solutions, analyzed customer feedback for management, and supported sales targets through consultative recommendations and proactive upselling.

Earlier, I completed an Industrial Trainee role with Agriculturist work at the Institute of Agricultural Research and Technology, supporting field experiments through data collection, sample preparation, and meticulous record-keeping for technical reports. That foundation strengthens how I approach research, performance tracking, and continuous improvement in customer-facing and digital roles.
