I'm looking to build practical AI and workflow automations that solve real operational bottlenecks, working directly with non-technical stakeholders to turn plain-language requirements into reliable systems.

I build AI workflow systems that replace slow, manual business operations. My Telegram RAG chatbot independently handled 200+ customer inquiries in under a minute, replacing unanswered messages and repetitive copy-paste replies.

Through Hubroot and client projects for Bumi Naturals and SkillBridge Academy, I've built n8n automations for WhatsApp appointment booking, lead qualification, customer support, Google Sheets routing, and AI-powered intake. I work from the real operational bottleneck, translating plain-language business needs into reliable workflow logic using APIs, webhooks, Supabase, and AI tools.

At Tensai Kids Technologies, I support customer communication and content execution for roughly 400 WhatsApp customers while developing an AI automation opportunity for Instagram and WhatsApp sales using n8n and Claude.
