What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or freelance opportunity where I can build AI automation and no-code workflows, integrate tools via APIs, and support users technically with clear, responsive communication.

I’m an AI Automation and Customer Support professional with hands-on experience building no-code and AI-powered workflows using Zapier, Airtable, Make, N8N, and Python (Basics). After completing a No-Code/Low-Code AI Automation Bootcamp, I delivered five independent automation projects, including an employee time-off management system, event registration & reminder flows, and an automated email response & routing system.

I combine structured program delivery and stakeholder communication with growing technical expertise in workflow automation, API integration, and prompt engineering. I’m especially comfortable designing end-to-end automations—triaging inputs, routing logic, scheduling updates, and delivering outputs through tools like Telegram—while staying focused on reliable execution and clear communication. I’m currently seeking a remote or freelance role in AI automation, no-code development, or technical customer support.
