At CitrusLeaf Technologies, I customized ERPNext HRMS with Frappe APIs, improving dashboard metrics and supporting portal integrations. I also wrote pytest authentication and authorization tests for ERPNext and portal APIs using JWT tokens.

I created customer-sales reports with Python and SQL, automated spreadsheet cleanup with openpyxl, and configured MariaDB master-replica replication. I also helped customize ERPNext for client needs, including tax calculations and serial and batch processing.

I built a WhatsApp issue-ticketing integration with Node.js, whatsapp-web.js, and Redis, connecting Google Sheets and n8n to route group-chat requests into ERPNext Issue records. I also integrated barcode and QR-code workflows with sales invoices and implemented role-based procurement workflow validations.

For my Incentive Compensation personal project, I developed a configurable commission engine and an immutable Commission Ledger with duplicate prevention and reversal mechanisms. I also built Commission Statements with review, approval, and posting workflows, plus six reports for managing commission payments.
