What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first team where I can own backend systems and API architecture, design microservices, improve performance with caching, and ship clean, production-ready features with strong engineering standards.

I’m a Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience building scalable systems across fintech, EdTech, agritech, and e-commerce. I focus on production-ready RESTful APIs, secure authentication, and reliable integrations—turning complex workflows (payments, transactions, user accounts) into dependable software.

In recent roles, I’ve developed and secured fintech backend features with Laravel and PostgreSQL, built high-traffic EdTech APIs with JWT authentication, and improved performance using Redis caching. I’ve also integrated Paystack, Flutterwave, and Twilio to deliver secure payments and real-time notifications, while supporting microservices-style architecture with Docker and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
