At PT ADICARAKA SEMESTA MULTI DHARMA, I provide policy advisory support to local government institutions on governance, social development, gender equality, and institutional strengthening. I developed Yogyakarta Municipality’s Regional Action Plan for Gender Mainstreaming for 2026–2029.
At FIND, I oversaw Indonesia’s diagnostics and health systems strengthening portfolio, valued at more than USD 7 million. I managed implementation of 11 projects and supported monitoring, evaluation, donor reporting, and programme improvement.
At the AHA Centre, I led the integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion into ASEAN competency standards, certification systems, and learning frameworks. I also managed regional capacity development programmes involving all ASEAN Member States.
My work spans health systems, climate and community resilience, disaster risk reduction, GEDSI, and policy and governance across Southeast Asia. I hold a PhD in Disaster Risk and Resilience from the University of Canterbury and have more than 14 years of experience in international development.
